To limit the access to data imported or created within Autura to certain users you can define Access Control lists. Some users might have access to all assortments and recipes, some other users just to certain recipes. Read more about Access Control.
For the initial setup at least one Access Control list needs to be defined.
- Go to the main menu and select Configuration.
- Select Access Control.

Now you need to configure the users. Define Users and Groups in the User Management.
After that you can Import your legacy data.
